Dieser Kurs feiert die Vielfalt malaysischer Küche: reich an Aromen, balanciert zwischen Kokosmilch, Chili, Kaffirlimette und knusprigen Röstnoten. Wir braten, schmoren, dämpfen und rühren im Wok - mit Neugier, Herz und Respekt vor traditionellen Zutaten. Fleisch ist dabei, doch Vegetarisches kommt nicht zu kurz. Wer Lust hat auf eine Reise durch Streetfood-Gassen, Gewürzbasare und duftende Reisfelder, ist hier genau richtig. Und keine Sorge: Die Sambal-Paste wird selbst gemacht - aber ganz entspannt.

Rosita Heilek brings a world of flavors to our cooking school, drawing from her rich and diverse background. Born in Malaysia and raised in Brunei, Rosita's culinary passion ignited in her childhood kitchen, where she learned the art of traditional Malaysian cuisine from her mother, a talented cook who ran a small restaurant.

Rosita's career as a flight attendant took her across the globe, allowing her to immerse herself in the vibrant food cultures of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, London, Paris, and Frankfurt, where she now calls home. Her love for global cuisine is deeply rooted in her experiences in these diverse locales, and she delights in experimenting with the ingredients and techniques she has encountered along the way.

Now retired, Rosita continues to share her love for Malaysian food, cooking traditional dishes for friends, family, and even catering for special events in Frankfurt. Her expertise in Malaysian street food and traditional specialties has also made her a sought-after teacher, both in-person and through online cooking sessions with the Masters of Malaysian Cuisine@Heart group.

At our cooking school, Rosita brings not just recipes, but stories from her travels, offering students a truly immersive culinary experience. Whether she's recreating the vibrant flavors of a Malaysian street market or the comforting dishes of her childhood, Rosita's classes are a celebration of cultural diversity and a testament to her lifelong passion for good food.
